Internment Camps and Human Prison Cars

private message

Here in the San Francisco Chronicle there is an article written warning the public of the government’s preparations to imprision us under the guise that we are terrorists. These prison cars were being built in 1999. “Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid contracts with
Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States. The government has also contracted with several companies to build thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly to transport detainees.”

The article explains how we would be labled as terrorists:
“The Military Commissions Act of 2006, rammed through Congress just before the 2006 midterm elections, allows for the indefinite imprisonment of anyone who donates money to a charity that turns up on a list of “terrorist” organizations, or who speaks out against the government’s policies. The law calls for secret trials for citizens and noncitizens alike.”

DEADLY DOCOTORS By Former Lieutenant Governor Of NY, BETSY MCCAUGHEY
Emanuel: Believes in withholding care from elderly for greater good.

THE health bills coming out of Congress would put the decisions about your care in the hands of presidential appointees. They’d decide what plans cover, how much leeway your doctor will have and what seniors get under Medicare.

Yet at least two of President Obama’s top health advisers should never be trusted with that power.

Start with Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, the brother of White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. He has already been appointed to two key positions: health-policy adviser at the Office of Management and Budget and a member of Federal Council on Comparative Effectiveness Research.

Emanuel bluntly admits that the cuts will not be pain-free. “Vague promises of savings from cutting waste, enhancing prevention and wellness, installing electronic medical records and improving quality are merely ‘lipstick’ cost control, more for show and public relations than for true change,” he wrote last year (Health Affairs Feb. 27, 2008).

Savings, he writes, will require changing how doctors think about their patients: Doctors take the Hippocratic Oath too seriously, “as an imperative to do everything for the patient regardless of the cost or effects on others” (Journal of the American Medical Association, June 18, 2008).

Yes, that’s what patients want their doctors to do. But Emanuel wants doctors to look beyond the needs of their patients and consider social justice, such as whether the money could be better spent on somebody else.

Many doctors are horrified by this notion; they’ll tell you that a doctor’s job is to achieve social justice one patient at a time.

Emanuel, however, believes that “communitarianism” should guide decisions on who gets care. He says medical care should be reserved for the non-disabled, not given to those “who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens . . . An obvious example is not guaranteeing health services to patients with dementia” (Hastings Center Report, Nov.-Dec. ‘96).

Translation: Don’t give much care to a grandmother with Parkinson’s or a child with cerebral palsy.

He explicitly defends discrimination against older patients: “Unlike allocation by sex or race, allocation by age is not invidious discrimination; every person lives through different life stages rather than being a single age. Even if 25-year-olds receive priority over 65-year-olds, everyone who is 65 years now was previously 25 years” (Lancet, Jan. 31).

MARCH ON SACRAMENTO AUGUST 28TH

And the impact has been profound. Nothing like this has ever been done before and Congress heard us loud and clear! The buzz is that lawmakers are terrified to go home over the August recess to a constituency that is active, vocal, and visible.

We may have them on defense regarding government run health care, but they will not go down without a fight. We must keep up the calls, emails, faxes, and visits to their offices. Make an appointment…talk to your representative or their staff. Or just drop by with a letter…it has a HUGE impact!!

And please save the date for a MASSIVE March on Sacramento August 28th (noon-5pm) to address the draconian environmental regulations that are systematically eliminating entire industries here in California (most notably at the moment is farming…due to water regulations we have 20-40% unemployment in the Central Valley!!!). More info to come shortly.

A Letter To Our Representatives Concerning Health Care From Murry Bulpitt:

I am deeply concerned about government healthcare reform. I have deeply held convictions against tax dollars being used to pay for abortion. I would like to be certain that President Obama’s plan would not deny medical care for the elderly. I am also worried that new healthcare proposals could move our country another step closer to implementing euthanasia and the rationing of health resources.

President Obama has repeatedly said that he wants to reduce the number of abortions in our nation. Recent polls show that the majority of Americans favor laws that prevent taxpayer funds from being used for abortions. Most Americans agree on is that there should be fewer abortions. My fear is that government mandates for abortion coverage will increase the number of taxpayer-funded abortions. By passing the President’s healthcare reform plan without specifically excluding abortion, Congress will actually be encouraging more abortions. Research shows that when abortions are publicly funded, the number of abortions go up. However, when public funding is reduced or is not available, there are fewer abortions.

It is important to make certain that healthcare reform plans will not force Americans with deeply held convictions about protecting preborn human life to pay for abortions. Also, medical professionals who do not want to provide abortions need protection. Abortion is not healthcare.

In the medical journal The Lancet (January 2009), the President’s special health policy advisor Ezekiel Emanuel wrote that if healthcare has to be rationed, he prefers the “complete lives system,” which “discriminates against older people.” It is frightening to think that in the near future, young healthy adults could be given preferential care over senior adults because they have more years of their life ahead of them. In an article written more than ten years ago for the Hastings Center Report, Dr. Emanuel suggested that health services should not be guaranteed to “individuals who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens.” He said “an obvious example is not guaranteeing health services to patients with dementia.” These are frightening thoughts from our President’s health policy advisor and good reasons to take plenty of time to carefully consider any healthcare reform.

Please oppose these liberal “reforms” of our healthcare. I am against the expansion of the federal government’s role and I do not want the government to interfere in medical decisions between me and my doctor.

It’s Up To You and There’s No Time to Wait! ACTION ACTION ACTION!!!

Our most recent protest at Sacramento was to tell Washington that we know that the nationalized health care will soon kill us- in more ways than one! From outrageous tax increases, to losing our options, to losing our lives as we have seen in so many instances in Canada and similar countries. Here is what you can do right now to take action and fight.

Go to teapartypatriots.com to get a list of phone numbers for the Labor and Education Committee, both the Ways and Means and Energy and Commerce committees in the House. You can ask the staff the questions on the site and record your answers on the form. TeaPartyPatriots.com is keeping track of the number of calls, e-mails, and faxes that are made to Congress. There you will also find a “Free Our Health Care Now” petition. Sign that too! THANK YOU PATRIOTS!

Cap and Trade Bill

A bill is in the works that really concerns me called the Cap and Trade Bill. Read into it and see if anything concerns you. First, a definition of cap and trade. Wikipedia says that it is, “Emissions trading (or emission trading) is an administrative approach used to control pollution by providing economic incentives for achieving reductions in the emissions of pollutants. It is sometimes called cap and trade.” (external link) So, basically, the government sets a “cap” on how much pollutants we can put into the air. Then, people can use more only by buying more credits from those who use less. Therein lies the “trade”. Sounds good so far, right? Well, the federal government is slick about this. Knowing that it is hip to be an environmentalist it’s a good bill to hide behind. What are they hiding? Yes! You got it, MORE TAXES!

Americans are protesting taxes all over this country. There are 1,273 registered TEA Party tax protests (external link) going on in the country this July 4th and yet, Nancy Pelosi and minions are trying to force a floor vote for this cap-and-trade Carbon Tax to hit the House this Friday? Another bill that is not going to get read and that is going to be strongarmed into being passed. Americans can’t take too many more taxes. We are over-taxed and in a recession. What is this going to do to us?

As Harvard’s Martin Feldstein wrote in the Wall Street Journal, “Anyone who drives a car, uses public transportation, consumes electricity or buys any product that involves creating CO2 in its production would face higher prices.” Basically, that is ALL of us. Tighten your belts, America, we are headed for the hugest tax bill of them all and not a single one of us is safe.

Let’s see if it works. Europe already has a similiar program in place. Yet, they are failing to meet their goals of carbon reductions by 10-20%. Not only that but they are actually releasing more CO2 then the United States who as of yet has not instated this bill. “The EU emissions trading scheme is one of the worst possible models to study,” said Iain Murray, senior fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute. “It hasn’t worked at all. All it has done is raise the price of energy to consumers without having any effect on emissions. Meanwhile the utilities have enjoyed windfall profits. In essence, what they have done is legalized a cartel.” (external link) We can’t afford to give any more of our money to our government. Our return is not good on our investment.

Here is the real catch though. “An analysis of this legislation cited during a Senate hearing held by the Committee on Environment and Public Works estimated the costs to the average American household would be between $800 and $1,300 by 2015, and then increasing to $1,500 to $2,500 by 2050.” (external link) We can’t afford to let this pass. We need to call, write, beg our representatives to listen to us. This cannot go through. We are not being allowed to keep our hard earned money. Join us in the fight on July 4th at a local TEA Party (external link) all across the nation. Let’s make our representatives represent us! Keep up the good fight!

NAZI “The National Socialist Workers Party of Germany”

Letter to the Editor

6/7/95 - Arlington, Washington Times

During the past several months in the American press, the Democrats have frequently denounced the Republicans as Nazis due to their attempts to control runaway federal spending. How very ironic. I remember the Nazis. Let me share a little about them and recall some of their exploits.

First of all, “Nazi” was gutter slang for the verb “to nationalize”. The Bider-Mienhoff gang gave themselves this moniker during their early struggles. The official title of the Nazi Party was “The National Socialist Workers Party of Germany”. Hitler and the Brownshirts advocated the nationalization of education, health care, transportation, national resources, manufacturing, distribution and law enforcement.

Hitler came to power by turning the working class, unemployed, and academic elite against the conservative republic. After der fuhrer’s election ceased being a political conspiracy and was transformed into a fashionable social phenomenon, party membership was especially popular with educators, bureaucrats, and the press. Being a Nazi was politically correct. They called themselves “The Children of the New Age of World Order” and looked down their noses at everyone else. As Hitler accrued more power, he referred to his critics as “The Dark Forces of Anarchy and Hatred”. Anyone who questioned Nazi high-handedness in the German press was branded a “Conservative Reactionary”. Joseph Goebbels, minister of communications, proclaimed a “New World Order”.

The Nazi reign of terror began with false news reports on the Jews, Bohemians and Gypses who were said to be arming themselves to overthrow the “New World Order” and Hitler demanded that all good people register their guns so that they wouldn’t fall into the hands of “terrorists and madmen”. Right wing fanatics of the “Old Order” who protested firearms registration were arrested by the S.S. and put in jail for “fomenting hatred against the Government of the German people”.

Then the Reichstag (government building) was blown up and Hitler ram-rodded an “Emergency Anti-Terrorist Act” through Parliament that gave the Gestapo extraordinary powers. The leader then declared that for the well-being of the German people, all private firearms were to be confiscated by the Gestapo and the Wermotten (federal law enforcement and military). German citizens who refused to surrender their guns when the “jack-boots” (Gestapo) came calling, were murdered in their homes. By the way, the Gestapo were the federal marshals’ service of the Third Reich. The S.W.A.T. team was invented and perfected by the Gestapo to break into the homes of the enemies of the German people.

When the Policia Bewakken, or local police, refused to take away guns from townsfolk, they themselves were disarmed and dragged out into the street and shot to death by the S.A. and the S.S. Those were Nazi versions of the B.A.T.F. and the F.B.I. When several local ministers spoke out against these atrocities, they were imprisoned and never seen again.

The Gestapo began to confiscate and seize the homes, businesses, bank accounts, and personal belongings of wealthy conservative citizens who had prospered in the old Republic. Pamphleteers who urged revolt against the Nazis were shot on site by national law enforcement and the military. Gypsies and Jews were detained and sent to labor camps. Mountain roads throughout central Europe were closed to prevent the escape of fugitives into the wilderness, and to prevent the movement and concealment of partisan resistance fighters.

Public schools rewrote history and Hitler youth groups taught the children to report their parents to their teachers for anti-Nazi remarks. Such parents disappeared. Pagan animism became the state religion of the Third Reich and Christians were widely condemned as “right wing fanatics”.

Millions of books were burned first and then people. Millions of them burned in huge ovens after they were first gassed to death. Unmarried women were paid large sums of money to have babies out of wedlock and then given medals for it. Evil was declared as being good, and good was condemned as being evil. World Order was coming and the German people were going to be the “peacekeepers”.

Yes, indeed, I remember the Nazis and they weren’t Republicans, or “right wing”, or “patriots” or “militias”. They were Socialist monsters.

“Screw Political Correctness!”

Don Mashak posted on the wire of the group “Free and Equal”:

“First, may I suggest we implement What I have coined as the 80 rule ?

I think we should avoid issues that will cause internal conflict and alienate others that would be with us in the most important issues such as: abortion, gun control, gay marriage, nuclear power, school prayer, affirmative action, etc.

On June 20, 2009 MIKE HOLOKA said:
DON-With all due respect i strongly disagree! Tea parties are about the values and principles of the founding fathers. screw political correctness. that is why we are in this mess. WAKE UP! Everything is ok except for what is right. Well no more. By the way we already have citizens grand juries and politicians have been indicted by them over 100 times.. What I don’t know is whether the authorities are doing anything about it. If the prosecutors don’t do anything then what can the citizens do. I believe it was Jefferson but I could be wrong who said a people that would trade off some liberties for some securities is not worthy of freedom and will end up losing all their liberties. We can be neither timid or shy about what we believe-that is how a Hitler takes over a people-not on my watch. with all due respect Don-we have to say-if we want our liberties-not to fear any man or any sacrifice-
but fear God. And yes i used the G word. Let’s wake up-every state constitution references God or the Almighty or the Almighty God or words to that effect. I am not about to let voodoo science make a monkey out of me. The politicians don’t hesitate to insult us with the rwextremist labels- calling us a threat to the country while they destroy it. You can take your 80% rule and govern yourself accordingly. I am 100% American-100% conservative and 100% ticked off at the powers to be-but most of all to all those who let 2-3 generations be misled with miseducation while we have been fleeced by the Government on both sides of the aisle. I say be a Patriot or stay home. We can’t afford to compromise with political ideology-it is destroying America and it has gotten us no where. Let’s hope we have elections in 2010 and not Iranian style.
If you are feeling comfortable in your own skin let me suggest you are not doing enough for your country!
It is not about comfort or how we feel-it is about life, liberty and whether we can ever get back what we once had-it is about what is right-what is lawful-what is moral-family- and personal responsibility.
The power people are the true threat to our country and the nonsense of political correctness is a shame on the American people for letting it happen. Either we stand up for what we believe or we stand for nothing.
Let’s get with it-honesty is the best policy-and this notion we ahve to agree on evrythingor we can’t work together-where did that come from. there are 30 major league baseball teams-yet baseball fans can peacefully discuss players, stats etc without being in agreement. the founding fathers were in 2 camps federalists and anti- federalists. didn’t stop them from putting their name on a death warrant called the declaration of independence. There were many other differences but all recognized that the present system was not working. So let’s agree to disagree respectfully as mature individuals. Let’s focus on the true enemy of our country without selling out our souls on some artificial representation that we all agree on everything-
Iron sharpens iron. Meaningful discussion means something. You can’t have true education without it-and you can’t get to the real issues by ignoring an enumerated set of issues that are taboo.

TEA Party Values

Corruption is the rotting of our great nation’s foundation. The values and principles that our founding fathers risked their lives for have been thrown out like yesterday’s trash and are treated as merely a nostalgic piece of history.

The media, which are nothing more than cheerleaders for Marxism, tells us what to believe and anyone willing to have an opposing view or call them out on their bias are type casted as hate mongers or right wing extremist. To have one of those media opposing views or to disagree with our Socialism obsessed President is to be labeled as a “right wing extremist, more likely to commit domestic terrorism (per Janet Napoliano of Homeland Security).

As our President so proudly proclaims us “one of the biggest Muslim Nations in the world” nary a whisper comes from the 75% Evangelical Christian Americans. God, yes I said God, was rooted in the very foundation of this country and even as many of you are now cringing at the thought of bringing Him into this discussion the facts of His influence cries to us from our Declaration of Independence and our Constitution. God is everywhere in the beginning and creation of this great Nation and no matter the attempts to silence His existence, a trip to Washington D.C and a real open mind would leave little doubt.

It’s time for each patriot to return to personal responsibility and to take a stand for what is right. Americans have become complacent and apathetic and that is what these TEA Parties are about~ to end apathy, get up off of the couch, roll up our bags of potato chips and get involved with our political system. It is time for Americans to rise up and say “It is time for real change” not the empty promises given to us on a campaign trail. Americans need to go back to what they know is right and great about this country.

We will make our voice heard again! We will vote for America and we will fight back not with hatred or weapons but with our voices, with our votes and with our presence at the Tea Party Rallies! If we don’t accept personal responsibility for what has happened to this nation, we can’t create the change that is needed.

There will ALWAYS be corruption, no matter what we do and no matter the type of government. There must be laws based on a higher morality which can only come from the recognition of God. If we base it on our own views, then chaos rules because everyone’s views are different. That is what is happening today. Truth is different for everyone and so real Truth doesn’t exist without God. It becomes every man for himself, and no one follows the laws. Only when Truth becomes absolute can society trust it’s own laws and begin to trust it’s government. Our Founding Fathers wrote our Constitution based on God’s truths and if it was good enough to follow then, it is good enough to follow now.

On the campaign trail, our President is noted saying, “We live in the greatest nation on the earth. Please join me in changing it”. After witnessing some of this change, I say “keep your change” Mr. President because as natural born citizens with original documents to boot, we will make the changes that are needed.
